Bank of America is seeking approval to build a new branch on two partially wooded lots along the Mount Laurel and Moorestown border.
The proposed location sits at Marne Highway and Centerton Road, across from the entrance to Topgolf in Mount Laurel’s commercial district. A representative for the project is scheduled to appear before the Mount Laurel Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 7 at 6 p.m. to request a use variance, along with preliminary and final major site plan approvals.
The applicant, Mount Laurel Realty LLC of Newton, Massachusetts, will also need separate approval from Moorestown. The property is owned by Quattro Mt. Laurel LLC of Oak Brook, Illinois.
The project was initially submitted to the Mount Laurel Planning Board in December, but was redirected to the Zoning Board due to the need for a use variance.
